We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or business development and a passion for building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Research and develop a pipeline of prospective clients in target markets and verticals within the IT industry
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Schedule and conduct product/service presentations, demos, and meetings with potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead conversion and revenue growth
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system
- Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT solutions, products, and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales within the IT/technology sector
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social selling techniques
- Knowledge of IT industry verticals such as FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, or e-Commerce
- Relevant certifications in sales or business development (e.g., HubSpot Sales, Certified Inside Sales Professional)
