  • Identify, research, and proactively engage prospective B2B clients within the Gulf market.
  • Develop tailored business proposals and solutions to address varying client needs.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clearly articulate our value proposition.
  • Lead complex negotiations, close new deals, Develop sales plans, and oversee effective handover to client service teams.
  • Monitor industry trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to spot emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing client support.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline data and reports to ensure performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly advantageous.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the localization, translation, or language services industry.
  • Solid understanding of the Gulf market and client requirements.
  • Exceptionally strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully building new business relationships and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Adaptable and collaborative approach, thriving both independently and within diverse teams.

Additional Information

  • Full-time, hybrid position based in UAE.
  • Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
