We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in media, advertising, branding, and digital marketing services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, lead generation, and closing deals while working closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for media, advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent lead flow.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored media and marketing solutions.

Sales Execution & Coordination

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track sales activities, update CRM records, and monitor deal progress.

Performance & Market Awareness

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of media, advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with media, advertising, or digital marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
