We are building an AI-native operating system designed to transform how manufacturing SMEs operate and scale. The platform leverages AI agents to automate workflows, enable smarter decision-making, and create a foundation for marketplaces, payments, and embedded finance. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who enjoys engaging with SME business owners, understanding their challenges, and driving product adoption through consultative selling.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in conversations with prospective SME business owners and qualify them for product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business while ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Promote premium offerings and negotiate to close optimal deals.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups to drive repeat usage.
  • Track and manage the sales cycle on a monthly and quarterly basis to achieve customer acquisition targets.
  • Effectively articulate the platform’s value proposition and highlight key differentiators during customer interactions.

Requirements

  • MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in business development or inside sales.
  • Strong ability to identify customer problems and handle objections effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent phone presence with strong cold-calling skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience working in fast-growing, unstructured startup environments.
  • Prior exposure to SME SaaS, SMB segments, or market research in similar domains is a plus.
