About the Role
We’re hunting for a Business Development Manager who can build, grow, and own our dealer network across Australia. Over the next 6–12 months, you’ll be the face of CARS24 to dealerships: onboarding partners, building long-term relationships, and driving market growth.

Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
- Onboard Dealers: Identify, approach, and bring new dealerships into the CARS24 ecosystem.
- Be the Partner’s Voice: Manage relationships, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
- Build Trust: Have real conversations with dealers, understand their pain points, and provide valuable solutions.
- Grow the Network: Work with vendors and partners to unlock new opportunities and scale reach.
- Shape the Strategy: Feed market insights back into our product and leadership teams.
- Sell with Conviction: Clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with CARS24, winning trust and buy-in.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in BD, partnerships, or account management (auto marketplace/dealer experience highly favourable).
- Strong understanding of the used car industry and dealer ecosystem.
- Excellent relationship-building and commercial communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting and negotiating with dealers.
- Ability to bring existing dealer/vendor relationships and unlock new ones.
- Proven track record of successful onboarding and account growth.
- Approachable, conversational, and solutions-focused mindset.
