Position Overview
CLO Virtual Fashion is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion and adoption of CLO’s 3D and digital ecosystem across the fashion and apparel industry in Indonesia.
This role focuses on growing CLO’s presence across fashion brands, vendors, and sourcing offices through strategic outbound sales, proactive networking, and ecosystem-driven engagement.
Key responsibilities include presenting CLO’s vision and solutions to executive and C-level stakeholders, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and onboarding, and driving long-term adoption beyond initial license sales.
The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with the 3D Design and Implementation team to implement 3D software, product management platforms, and connected services, ensuring structured onboarding and value realization.
The role also supports regional market visibility through industry events, strategic partnerships, and collaboration with global CLO offices to strengthen supply chain-wide adoption.

Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in the apparel, fashion supply chain, or technology/startup industryBachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing, Business, or related field preferredDeep understanding of apparel ecosystem operations including brands, vendors, and sourcing officesProven ability of driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales initiativesExperience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure and account expansionStrong industry network and ability to engage C-level and senior managementExcellent communication and presentation skillsTech savvy with experience or strong interest in digital transformation and emerging technologiesFamiliarity with 3D, PLM, or other ERP platforms is a plusFluent in Indonesian and EnglishWillingness and ability to travel frequently within Indonesia and regionally
