Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Limassol.
Our ideal Candidate is the one responsible for guiding clients from their initial interest to a structured and well-managed purchase journey, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment at every stage.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Receive and process inbound leads from partner agents in target markets as well as direct leads.
- Qualify client needs (relocation, business, investment, lifestyle) and decision parameters.
- Position Cyprus against alternative international markets based on client objectives.
- Guide clients in selecting the most suitable city and region within Cyprus.
- Nurture clients without immediate purchase readiness through structured follow-ups and education.
- Ensure seamless handover and joint work with regional managers for district and project selection.
- Maintain CRM and funnel continuity and prevent lead loss at early and mid-funnel stages.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales and Marketing) to maximise lead quality and deal success.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of trust and repeat business.

Represent bbf: professionally in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and partners.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of successful B2C and sales experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cypriot market.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software.
- Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Result-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious team player.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude.
- Excellent oratory skills and ability to present in front of a crowd.
