Who you are
You have 2-5 years of experience in business development
You are curious about the world and enjoy building relationships.
Your grit and determination alone is inspirational as you seek to be the best in your field
You have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor outreach to different audiences.
You have an ability to quickly grasp commercial context and understand the unique needs of different companies
You are highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable using CRM and outreach tools to manage your pipeline.
Desirable
You have experience working in healthcare and/or a regulated industry.
What the job involves
We're looking for a business development representative to join our sales team and help deliver a world class go-to-market. You will be responsible for:
Prospecting and qualifying inbound and outbound leads through cold outreach and targeted networking.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects aligned with Scarlet’s ideal customer profile.
Managing qualification conversations to understand prospect needs and connect them with the right sales motion.
Collaborating with the rest of the commercial team to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach strategies.
