Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic, commercial, and operational decision-making.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders across functions to design dashboards, analyse performance trends, and build scalable reporting solutions that drive impact.

The ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, and comfortable working with large datasets while translating complex data into clear stories for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and insights.
Provide actionable recommendations to support business strategy, growth, and efficiency.

Dashboarding & Reporting

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance across all reporting outputs.
Develop self-service dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across teams.

Stakeholder Partnership

Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product) to understand business needs.
Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.
Act as a trusted data partner, supporting both ad-hoc analysis and long-term reporting needs.

Data Management & Governance

Collaborate with data engineering team to improve data pipelines, data models, and reporting efficiency.
Support data quality initiatives and promote best practices in data usage.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
● Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role
● Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
● Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent)
● Solid understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis

Technical & Analytical

● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
● Experience with data modelling, reporting automation, and dashboard optimisation
● Familiarity with Python or R is an advantage (but not mandatory)

Communication & Collaboration

● Ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently to diverse stakeholders
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
● Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
