As Operations hire for Gigs for Work, you’ll bring a sharp systems thinking and product mindset to the role. You’ll design the operating system for Gigs for Work. Playing a critical role in identifying the highest-leverage problems, building scalable processes and tooling, and continuously iterating based on data and feedback.
You’ll work directly with Product and GTM to turn vision into execution, translating ambiguity into scalable systems, tooling, and repeatable workflows.
This is a unique opportunity to build out operations that orchestrate between our supply-side contracts, product complexities, and customer demands. You’ll shape the trajectory of a fast-growing startup by building Gigs for Work operations function from the ground up. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, support, finance, and product — a trusted problem-solver and thought partner to teams across the business.
You will go through the motions of continually automating, building systems, and leveraging improvements to add operational efficiency gains and unlock more value.
