The Business Operations Executive will provide professional administrative and operational support to the executive, including handling sensitive assignments and confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end calendar and meeting coordination support for the executive.
- Provide administrative support, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications as required.
- Prepare meeting notes or summaries, as required.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings and presentations.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by providing analytical support and generating relevant reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and information necessary for analysis and reporting.
- Set up and manage task tracking, reminders, and follow-ups to support timely delivery of agreed outputs.
- Conduct research as required.
- Proofread and edit business materials, reports, etc.
- Willing to occasionally travel with executive where required.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years demonstrated administrative, operations, or business support experience
- Excellent research, presentation, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite
- Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is an added advantage.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
