We’re looking for a Business Planning Analyst to join our Operational Planning team. In this role, you’ll help us understand future business needs, build meaningful plans, and empower our stakeholders to make informed decisions that support excellent customer, service and financial outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining medium‑ to long‑term business plans
- Building and managing capacity models covering 8 weeks to 5 years
- Analysing complex data to generate strategic insight and improvement recommendations
- Exploring data relationships to enhance forecast accuracy and inform stakeholder decisions
- Supporting operational planning activities including co‑ordinating workloads and engaging with stakeholders
- Maintaining high standards of data accuracy across planning, finance and HR datasets
- Optimising schedules and resource plans in both short‑ and long‑term horizons
- Collaborating and building positive relationships across teams and business areas
Who we're looking for:
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large and complex datasets
- Advanced Excel capability with knowledge of Erlang modelling and forecasting techniques
- Experience working with contact centre technologies such as IEX, CMS, Genesys or Verint
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently to different audiences
- A logical, methodical approach with the creativity to find solutions to operational challenges
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with multiple data sources
- Understanding of customer journeys and a commitment to enhancing customer experience
- A collaborative teammate who can work effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities
