Calculation Administrator (m/f/d)
Join LEONI’s Sales and Finance interface and play a key role in ensuring transparent, accurate and competitive cost calculations.
As a Costing & Pricing Specialist, you will support sales activities by preparing cost calculations, analyzing changes and ensuring data consistency across technical, production and commercial teams.
You will contribute to reliable pricing decisions, customer negotiations and continuous improvement of calculation standards in an international automotive environment.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Prepare production cost calculations and cost sheets as a basis for sales price calculations for customer accounts
- Calculate cost-related impacts of customer-specific change requests and support account-specific change management
- Perform plausibility checks of technical information in close alignment with technical and production departments
- Support offer preparation, including cost of material and production time calculations
- Support alignment and clarification of cost details with customers together with the Sales team
- Ensure correct and complete production time data preparation in ERP systems
- Manage price and production time updates in calculation and costing tools
- Assist the Sales team in preparing Cost Break Downs (CBD) for customer negotiations
- Support the Sales team with plausibility checks and cost validations
- Define, maintain and continuously improve calculation standards, methods and guidelines
Qualifications
What do we expect from you?
- Completed high school education or university degree (technical, economic or comparable background)
- English language skills at minimum B2 level; German language skills are an advantage (min. A2)
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in sales support, costing, pricing or calculation is an advantage
- Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Structured, analytical way of working with attention to detail

Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 1500 EUR/Brutto + 13th salary The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
