The Role

Crown Sydney’s Pastry team is celebrated for its exceptional talent and unwavering dedication to the art of pastry making. Guided by an enthusiastic and experienced Head Pastry Chef, the team includes some of Sydney’s most skilled pastry professionals, who bring both creativity and precision to every dessert they create. We are currently seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join our pastry team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate leadership and inspire a team of kitchen professionals.
• Assist senior team members in daily food preparation and service, ensuring high and consistent food standards.
• Collaborate to achieve daily financial targets.
• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.

About You

• Experience in upscale dining or hotel establishments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
