Chief Financial Officer

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer for one of our partners, a global leader in the IT Services and IT Consulting.

Job Summary:

Our partner is a fast-growing consulting firm specialized in Data & AI implementation and strategy, serving clients across MENA and beyond. Known for their excellence in delivery, they are now investing in building a strong financial backbone to support our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and operations of the company. This includes overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and advising on key business decisions. The CFO will also be responsible for managing risk, ensuring financial health, and enabling scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy development aligned with the company's business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across all regions (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Qatar).
• Drive profitability through analysis of margins, cost structures, and pricing models.
• Collaborate closely with delivery and sales teams to ensure accurate project financials.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting systems, and financial policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.
• Support in revenue recognition compliance (accrual-based) and audit readiness.
• Engage with external advisors, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Build and lead the finance team; mentor and grow internal talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial leadership roles such as Finance Director, preferably with exposure to consulting or professional services.
• Strong understanding of project-based accounting, revenue recognition, and financial modeling.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing cross-border financial operations.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Cairo or willing to relocate Cairo.

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience in a consulting firm (Data, AI, IT services, or management consulting).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Technically savvy with financial software and tools (ERP, reporting systems).
