About the role
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder & CEO, Ari Mir, across Sisu (our founder incubator) and Crative (our operating startup).
This is an early-career, high-ownership role focused on execution and building. You’ll work closely with Ari to move real work forward, with a strong emphasis on helping get Crative’s sales and operations off the ground.
What you’ll do
You’ll act as an extension of the founder, stepping in wherever work needs to get done.
At Crative, you’ll focus on sales and go-to-market execution, including:
Running outbound (prospecting, outreach, follow-ups)
Managing CRM and tracking pipeline
Converting inbound interest into customers
Improving onboarding and early customer experience
Building simple systems and workflows to make sales more efficient
Using tools (AI, automation, no-code) to increase leverage
At Sisu, you’ll:
Support founder programs and day-to-day operations
Help improve internal processes and launch new initiatives
Across both, you’ll:
Own projects end-to-end
Turn ambiguity into clear next steps
Help Ari switch between priorities by taking ownership of execution

You:

Are comfortable working on early-stage problems
Communicate clearly and represent the founder well
Know when to act independently vs align
Are organized and follow through
Are resourceful and build solutions, not just ideas
Strong academic or early professional track record (top schools, competitive internships, or high-growth companies) preferred. Best suited for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who want to learn by doing.
