Client Service Executives

• Welcome and greet walk-in customers
• Attend to customers’ needs and wants.
• Advise customers on items that match their needs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Be up to date with product information.
• Resolve issues or complaints that would arise during the sales and after sales process.

Qualifications

• Must be a B.Sc./HND Holder who is resident on the Island (Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, Victoria Island)
• Proven working experience as a Sales Person in retail fashion store in Lagos will be an added advantage.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Must be savvy with social media.
• Basic administrative skills.
• Warm Personality and very confident.
