Client Services Manager

- Solid experience in PR, communications, marketing, or consulting agencies.

- Strong track record leading complex, multi-category accounts (technology, corporate, and/or luxury brands).

- Proven experience managing relationships with senior and C-level clients.

- Strong background in Client Services / Account Management, with a solid understanding of the client’s business.

- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (PR, IM, content, digital).

- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and client retention processes is a plus.

- Strategic planning in communications and PR.

- Budget management, fees, and financial control of accounts.

- Definition of KPIs, performance evaluation, and impact measurement.

- Corporate communications, reputation management, issues and crisis management.

- PR and Influencer Marketing strategies (holistic vision, not necessarily execution-focused).

- Branding and positioning for premium and luxury brands.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.

- Postgraduate studies or certifications in project management, business, or strategic communications are a plus.

- Develop and supervise the strategic communication plan for Clients. (PR, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Inbound, Events).

- Customer satisfaction.

- Evaluate the completion of projects.

- Monitoring the management of all assigned accounts.

- Management of expertise teams.

- Follow up on customer requests.
