The Client Solutions Lead is a client-facing functional expert responsible for translating client reporting and workflow requirements into practical, scalable solutions across Siepe’s platform. This role supports both new and existing clients, serving as a primary interface between clients, internal teams, and Professional Services Development.
The Client Solutions Lead owns requirements gathering, delivery prioritization, report configuration, documentation, and ongoing solution maintenance. For complex or custom builds, this role partners closely with Professional Services Development (PS Dev) to ensure accurate scoping, efficient execution, and successful delivery.
Clear, accurate, and timely reporting is critical to client confidence and decision-making. The Solutions Consultant ensures client requirements are well understood, appropriately prioritized, and delivered with consistency and quality. This role directly impacts client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term retention.
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as a primary client-facing consultant for reporting, data, and interface-related needs. Lead discovery sessions to gather, clarify, and document functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and delivery plans. Manage client expectations around scope, timelines, and dependencies. Configure and maintain standard and light-complexity reports, dashboards, and interfaces within Siepe’s platform. Prioritize and manage delivery of client requests across multiple engagements. Coordinate with PS Dev on complex builds, custom reports, and advanced integrations. Validate deliverables against requirements and support client review and acceptance. Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Track open items, dependencies, and risks to ensure forward progress. Proactively identify and escalate scope changes, risks, or delivery concerns. Schedule and lead client calls related to reporting reviews, enhancements, and maintenance. Partner with PS Dev, Support, Product, Operations, Technology, and Relationship Management teams. Support onboarding efforts by ensuring reporting and interface requirements are properly captured and delivered. Align solutions with Siepe’s product standards and long-term platform strategy. Act as a functional bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Create and maintain clear documentation for reports, interfaces, and client-specific configurations. Identify recurring client requests and opportunities for standardization or automation. Contribute to improvements in reporting workflows, templates, and delivery processes.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in a client-facing solutions, reporting, or functional consulting role within B2B financial technology, SaaS, or managed services. Experience working with investment managers or alternative investment platforms (CLOs, private credit, structured finance) strongly preferred. Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions. Experience configuring reports, dashboards, or data interfaces; comfort partnering with technical teams on complex builds. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously with attention to detail. Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work management platforms is a plus. Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
