🔍 Position Summary
The Client Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our agency management systems and supporting both clients and internal teams with administrative and customer service tasks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and client service workflows.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for accounts, including handling coverage questions, policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and renewals
Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing priority mail
Answer and transfer phone calls professionally
Monitor outgoing faxes and confirm delivery
Maintain an organized and professional front reception area
Manage and restock office supplies
Create and maintain both digital and paper customer files
Ensure efficient processing of correspondence and customer service documents
Greet and direct clients and visitors
Troubleshoot billing issues and provide basic client support
Perform other administrative and client service-related tasks as assigned
✅ Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
2–3 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Experience working in a professional office setting preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational ability
