The Home Health/ Hospice Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the overall direction of home health/ hospice clinical services. The supervisor assists the DCS in establishing, implementing and evaluating goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.
Must be a registered nurse, licensed physician, physical therapist, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, or social worker with current licensure to practice in the State. Three years of management experience in a home health or related health care organization. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
