TeamBuilders Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team in Taos, NM. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, supporting clients in achieving emotional wellness and long-term stability.

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
Deliver services in office, home, and community-based settings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Active New Mexico license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT) or eligibility required
Experience in behavioral health or community mental health preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Master’s Degree or Doctorate from an accredited college or university in Social Work; Guidance and Counseling; Psychology; or related health field, plus any combination or graduate studies in the above areas.
Experience in Behavioral Health adding up to two (2) years of experience working with SED children and families or SMI/SUD/COD adults.
New Mexico Licensure in one or more of the following: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, LPAT.
Thorough knowledge and use of community resources.
The ability to consistently establish positive relationships, communicate and work cooperatively with clients, families, colleagues, staff, and community members.
Must be computer literate in order to effectively maintain compliance with BHSD Standards and requirements for use of computerized client assessments, data systems, etc.
Must have and maintain current, valid NM Driver’s License. Must also have and maintain clean driving record, as well as auto insurance.
Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural preferred (English/Spanish).
