Duties and Responsibilities:
The overall objective is to provide the SOF Targeting Training Element with subject matter experts (SME) to develop, teach, and assist with implementation of a program of instruction (POI) for training SOF Cryptologic operators on advanced tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) for collection and exploitation of current and emerging communication protocols. This includes coordination with, providing technical guidance to, analyzing feedback from, and interactively refining SOF Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) TTPs for SOF Cryptologic personnel executing global Special Operations. The contractor shall provide qualified SMEs to be master trainer certified by NSA in order to conduct certification training/testing of SOF Cryptologic personnel. The contractor shall provide SMEs to operationally assess and evaluate emerging technologies and/or associated TTPs supporting Government analysis regarding potential inclusion of new equipment into SOF SIGINT PoRs.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be CNO Subject Matter Expert within the SOF SIGINT Community,
particularly in relevant 802.x and IP-based protocols.
- Have deployment experience working on or in support of SOF elements in a CNO
capacity.
- Possess experience with curriculum development and implementation.
- Have prior experience as an instructor.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Cellular Technology background.
- Have force modernization experience.
- Have four plus years of CNO collection and analysis experience with the
Intelligence Community.
- Strong background in TCP/IP network traffic analysis.
- Strong background in SQL implementation.
-Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5-7 years' of related
experience.
