The Commercial Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution of our commercial strategy across Touch (Content Service Provider) and ABOVE (Processing Lab).
This role is designed to assume day-to-day account management responsibilities, ensure consistent commercial follow-through, and drive structured revenue growth across assigned accounts.
By reinforcing the client-facing commercial function, this position will enable the Commercial & Growth Director to focus on strategic expansion, revenue acceleration, partnerships, and cross-company integration.
Account Ownership & Client Success
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned airline and media clients.
Manage day-to-day commercial communications and follow-ups.
Monitor contractual scope, renewals, and performance milestones.
Ensure strong client satisfaction and proactive engagement.
Revenue Growth & Optimization
Develop and execute structured account growth plans.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Media and Digital services.
Support pricing proposals and commercial negotiations.
Track revenue performance against targets.
Commercial Operations & Forecasting
Support pipeline tracking and forecasting.
Collaborate with Finance on revenue projections and budget alignment.
Contribute to proposal preparation, pricing grids, and commercial documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as commercial liaison between Product, Delivery, Finance, and Operations.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution.
Drive internal accountability and commercial visibility across departments.
3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Management, or B2B client-facing roles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret pricing and revenue data.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, structured, and commercially driven.
Experience in aviation, media, digital services, or content distribution is a plus.
Creativity and sales driven objectives, such as cross selling and upseeling.
