As Commercial Support Manager, you will play a critical role in maximising the value and performance of our key commercial partnerships across the UK. You will be responsible for driving return on investment across booking devices, freephone partnerships, strategic partners and venue relationships, combining analytical insight with commercial acumen to optimise performance, improve operational efficiency and unlock growth opportunities.
Working closely with the VP, Commercial Sales and the wider Commercial team, you will help deliver exceptional B2B customer experiences while supporting growth, retention and strategic initiatives across the division.

What you’ll do:
Commercial Performance & ROI
Own the performance monitoring and ROI reporting of all Veezu taxi booking devices and associated partnerships
Analyse KPIs and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities
Drive initiatives to increase revenue, utilisation and operational efficiency
Provide data-led insights to inform commercial decisions
Partnership & Account Management
Manage relationships with key B2B commercial partners
Attend and contribute to regular performance review meetings
Support mobilisation and onboarding of new national and strategic clients
Contribute to retention strategies and major account development
Sales & Growth Support
Collaborate with the B2B Sales team to mobilise taxi booking devices
Provide commercial pricing support to the Bids & Tender team
Support new business opportunities and major retention initiatives
Identify additional routes to market and revenue generation opportunities
Strategic & Operational Projects
Support the VP, Commercial Sales on strategic projects and initiatives
Play a key role in the implementation and adoption of the B2B CRM system
Contribute to process improvements across the Commercial function
What you’ll need:
Proven experience managing B2B commercial accounts or partnerships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience monitoring KPIs and delivering performance improvement strategies
Commercial awareness with a growth-oriented mindset
Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
Creative thinker who can identify new opportunities and innovative solutions
Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Location
This is a hybrid role. However, it is expected that you will travel to and work from our hubs across the UK and Ireland as and when required for the proper performance of your role.
