Job Title: Commission Specialist

The Commission Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of commission tracking, reconciliation, and payout for our sales and setter teams. This role ensures accuracy and transparency in compensation, supports team motivation, and plays a key role in maintaining financial clarity across departments.
Accurately process and track commission payouts based on job completion and payment status
Maintain and regularly update detailed commission tracking sheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
Reconcile discrepancies in job data, completion records, or payment documentation
Collaborate closely with sales, recruiting, finance, and operations teams
Clearly communicate payout timelines and expectations to team members
Support onboarding by walking new hires through the commission structure and process
Assist leadership with reporting, performance insights, and compensation analysis
Help build and refine scalable systems for tracking and managing compensation
2+ years of experience in commission processing, payroll, or financial administration
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and deadline-driven
Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solver
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience in home services or construction industries is a plus
Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, CRMs, or ServiceTitan is a bonus
$25-30/hour ( DOE )
Full-time role, Monday through Friday
