Communications Specialist, Costa Navarino (2026)
Costa Navarino is a sustainably driven destination in the Mediterranean, located in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese. The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.
Costa Navarino, is seeking a Communications Specialist to contribute to the execution of integrated communication campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engage key audiences. This newly created position is based at our headquarters in Athens and reports to the Communication Manager. The role will primarily focus on supporting media relations and internal communication events, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of communication strategies and campaigns.
- Facilitate media relations by maintaining relationships with press contacts, developing media kits, tracking coverage, and organizing hosted visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Guest Services, Operations) to ensure uniform messaging and provide seamless experiences.
- Contribute to the Internal Communications function.
- Track and report on communication metrics and the performance of campaigns.
- Assist with communication efforts for events, including product launches and press gatherings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Tourism & Travel, Luxury Goods, or Agency environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social and digital performance platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Driving license holder and ability to travel to Costa Navarino.
- Effective communication, guest centric, multi-tasker, organized, analytical thinking, team player.
