We’re seeking a Community Manager to oversee and manage our day-to-day community interactions across ExpressVPN’s digital platforms.

What you’ll do

Monitor and engage in online discussions, with a strong focus on Reddit.
Respond to DMs and private messages across all platforms.
Reply to comments and community questions in a clear, consistent, and on-brand manner.
Work closely with Product, Influencer, and Marketing teams to route inbound requests to the right people internally.
Surface recurring feedback and insights from the community to internal teams.

Requirements

Native-level English (written and spoken).
1–2 years of experience as a Community Manager (SaaS experience is a plus).
Strong familiarity with online communities and social platforms.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
