Compensation

💰 Earn up to $750 per day, based on visit mix:

• $150 per initial in-home assessment
• $100 per in-person follow-up
• $50 per virtual follow-up
• $25 per 30 minutes admin time
• Mileage added
• PPE provided

👉 Typical days include 4–6 clients within a defined geographic zone.

• Registered OT in good standing with COTO
• Experience in home care or hospital discharge planning
• Strong functional assessment skills
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently

Preferred (not required)

• ADP Authorizer
• Experience with medically complex adults
• Hospital or community transition experience
