Content Creation Manager
Job Overview
We are hiring a Content Creation Manager to support a content-led growth strategy for a UK-based marketing technology platform. This role is purely execution-focused and exists to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, on-brand content across all marketing channels.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for turning briefs, scripts, raw footage, and assets into polished, high-performing visual content. The success of this role depends heavily on technical proficiency, editing depth, and visual judgement rather than strategy or conceptual planning.
This role suits someone who is a level above standard social media creators, with the ability to transform raw inputs into professional-grade videos, graphics, and explainers at speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute content from an existing content schedule across:
- Social media (organic and paid)
- Website
- Email marketing
- Paid media (including Google Ads)
- Create high-quality content including:
- Short-form video (reels, ads, social clips)
- Explainer and walkthrough videos
- Static graphics and carousel ads
- Infographics and report-style visuals
- Edit raw footage into polished final assets with:
- Strong transitions
- Visual hooks
- Effects and overlays
- Clean pacing and structure
- Produce multiple variations of high-performing assets
- Create platform-specific versions of content (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Capture and edit screen recordings for platform walkthroughs and explainers
- Combine screen capture, talking-head footage, voiceover, and scripts into cohesive videos
- Coordinate lightly with internal team members to:
- Request re-recordings where needed
- Ensure scripts are delivered correctly
- Deliver content that is:
- On brand
- Consistent in quality
- Delivered on time
- Review daily content schedules and execute deliverables independently
- Apply operational creativity within defined brand and strategy guidelines

This role is highly technical and candidates must be confident working hands-on with the following:

- CapCut (or equivalent short-form video editor)
- Short-form video editing
- Paid ad creatives
- Reels and social clips
- Advanced transitions, effects, overlays, and pacing
Expectation: polished, high-quality edits — not influencer-style basics
Video & Explainer Capabilities
- Advanced short-form video editing
- Timeline-based editing with multiple layers
- Screen recording and walkthrough capture
- Video compositing (screen capture + talking head + voiceover)
- Exporting content for different platforms and placements
Workflow & Execution Tools
- Ability to work from:
- Content schedules
- Word documents or copy decks
- Loose briefs
- Comfortable producing daily content outputs across channels
- Strong file management and delivery discipline
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience producing high-quality digital content at scale
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Video editing depth

- Excellent visual judgement and brand sensitivity
