DEPARTMENT SUMMARY
This role will be in the Content Department, which will live independently from Creative & Production. The Content Department is dedicated to enhancing our client’s brand online presence through strategic social content. Our team specializes in ideating, producing, creating, and posting engaging social media content, managing influencer relationships, and collaborating with other internal departments to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
ROLE SUMMARY
A modern-day creative, our content creators are native users of social platforms and possess the ability to concept, write, produce, and edit their own content. They should be well versed with generative AI.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Fully produce work from concept to completion, including shooting, editing and producing content edits optimized for different social media platformsStrong concepting capabilities for content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by social metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves, etc).Look for insights based on real-time response/reaction to live content on social pages, and adapt content based on these learningsStay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Collaborate effectively with your teammates and cross-functional departments on real time, quick turn requests and tight timelinesMentor fellow creative team members, in some cases Art Directors and Copywriters, on your creation process and social media best practices. Partner on key projects under the leadership of your Director of Content to help guide and educate on best practices, ideating, and execution. Promote continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability. Incorporate feedback from your teammates and clients with precision and a positive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS
3 to 5 years of professional creative experience within an Advertising Agency or Media company, with a demonstrable passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms - social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, etc.
A strong portfolio of work showcasing social campaigns and platform first content work
Extraordinary content creation skills, capable of execution from start to finish, with a passion for various kinds of creative outlets including design, video, editing and writing
Proficient working within the following tools:Videography/Photography: DSLR / iPhoneEditing: Premiere / After EffectsWriting: Google Docs / WordArt/Design: Adobe Suite / Google Slides / Canva
Ability to collaborate with the individuals of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive results
Ability to familiarize yourself quickly with the client’s brand standardsComfort with juggling multiple projects simultaneously
Must be self-motivated, hard-working, well-organized and deadline-driven
