Job Description
Role: Content Creator & Community Manager (Influencer & Partnerships Programs)
Type: Full-time, Remote (PST collaboration)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard PST business hours
Compensation: USD $1,300–$1,700 monthly (DOE)
We are seeking a Content Creator & Community Manager to lead social media execution, create engaging digital content, and manage influencer and partnership programs that drive brand visibility and measurable growth.
In this role, you will combine hands-on content creation (short-form video, social posts, brand storytelling) with community management and partnerships coordination, ensuring our brand stays relevant, consistent, and connected to our audience. You will manage influencer sourcing, gifting operations, partnership outreach, and social analytics — tying creative output to performance metrics.
This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, social-media savvy, and experienced in managing creators or brand partners.
Core Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Produce high-quality short-form and social content (Reels, TikToks, posts, stories, scripts).
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice, product launches, and campaign goals.
- Monitor trends, sounds, and formats to keep the brand culturally relevant.
Influencer & Partnership Programs
- Source, evaluate, and activate creators, ambassadors, and strategic partners.
- Manage seeding/gifting programs end-to-end: product shipments, tracking, posting follow-ups.
- Support negotiation, briefing, and coordination with creators.
- Ensure all content meets FTC guidelines and platform compliance.
Community Engagement
- Maintain daily engagement across platforms with quick, authentic responses.
- Build meaningful relationships with followers, creators, and brand advocates.
- Protect brand reputation through timely, consistent communication.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and report key metrics: engagement rate (ER%), posting rate, CTR, conversions, and ROI from influencer campaigns.
- Share insights and recommendations to optimize content and partnership initiatives.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in influencer or community program management
- Hands-on execution with Instagram and TikTok campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- Campaign tracking with UTMs or analytics platforms
- Knowledge of FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements
- Remote work with at least a 3-hour overlap to PST
