Kaizen was established in 2014 by two developers who combined their experience to create high-quality solutions tailored to the needs of both clients and the market. Today, our team has grown to more than 80 professionals working in a collaborative, self-managed agile environment, where continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do. We contribute to a wide range of projects across industries such as e-commerce, IoT, logistics, fitness, insurance, tourism, and more.
We’re looking for someone who understands that content is the bridge between our technical capabilities and our clients’ real-world challenges --> we’re seeking a Content Strategist who can propose, execute, and measure a comprehensive content strategy.
We need someone who can dive deep into technical topics and transform them into compelling content pieces that position Kaizen as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary objective will be to define and execute our content strategy end-to-end.
- Define and lead the annual and monthly content strategy.
- Research, interview our technical experts, and write blog articles as well as LinkedIn and Instagram content that delivers real value.
- Execute and manage the social media and newsletter content calendar.
- Measure the performance of each piece (engagement, traffic, conversions) and pivot the strategy based on results.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure brand consistency and content validation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who can propose initiatives and execute them, taking full ownership of the content area under their leadership.
- Comfort engaging with people and enthusiasm for researching technical topics and translating them into clear, accessible content.
- A passion for storytelling that solves problems, avoiding traditional marketing clichés. We’re looking for a creative and critical thinker capable of generating original B2B content.
- Excellent time management skills in a horizontal, self-managed work environment.
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B content marketing
- Advanced English. You must be able to think, write, and communicate fluently in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields (or advanced student).
Nice to Have
- Experience in technology companies, particularly serving the U.S. market.
- Experience with (or a solid understanding of how to manage/configure or delegate): HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Figma.
Work Modality: Hybrid (at least once a week at our Punta Gorda office).
