Content & Website Writer - Commercial Real Estate
We're looking for a skilled writer to help Paragon sharpen its content and web presence. This starts as a project-based engagement but has potential for ongoing, as-needed collaboration. The work spans several formats, so someone who can flex between web copy and longer-form content will be well-suited.
What You'll Be Working On
- Website copy — clear, compelling copy that communicates our client's expertise and builds credibility with a sophisticated CRE audience
- Articles and thought leadership — substantive pieces on defeasance, CMBS, and CRE financing trends
- Marketing collateral — supporting materials that reflect the brand and speak to prospective clients
- Email content — targeted outreach or nurture communications
Qualifications
Ideal Background
- Strong writing experience across web, long-form, and marketing formats
- Background in commercial real estate, finance, lending, or legal services is preferred - familiarity with concepts like CMBS, defeasance, or loan servicing will help you hit the ground running
- Ability to take complex, technical subject matter and make it clear and credible without dumbing it down
- Comfortable writing for a sophisticated B2B audience — think real estate lawyers, borrowers, and lenders
- Self-directed and able to work independently on an ad hoc basis
