The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to support the management of the commercial and contractual governance framework for 100+ technology suppliers for our UK&I market. Reporting to the Supplier Contracts & Commercial Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders from across the Technology Department and act as a commercial partner for end-to-end source-to-contract lifecycle for technology. You will be responsible for driving contractual formation and compliance, and embedding company processes with the extended team. Additionally, you will provide guidance during every stage of sourcing activities from RFI/RFP to negotiations, supplier selection, contracting, as well as the ongoing relationships and performance of the supplier partners.

The Technology Contracts and Commercial Specialist operates within the Supplier Management team and as part of the Running Great Restaurant Technology department. Additionally, they will work extremely closely with the Global Vendor Management Office and Market Legal Team.
