Accordion’s Data, Analytics & AI (D&A) practice provides advanced analytics, data management, and AI-driven solutions that transform how companies make decisions. We design, develop, and implement robust data platforms and insight capabilities that empower clients with actionable intelligence, partnering across industries and the PE ecosystem to drive value creation.
This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.

The COO, US D&A will build and operate the cross-practice operating model for the D&A Super Practice—standing up the processes, governance, and platforms that power delivery at scale. This person will lead the integration of D&A with adjacent Super Practices including Office of the CFO (OCFO) and Business Transformation and Transaction (BT&T), operationalize a best-in-class delivery engine, and drive continuous improvement and standardization across the US and global D&A teams.
This leader partners closely with the D&A Practice Leader to serve as a strategic partner, driving day-to-day operational rhythms and processes to enable greater focus on growth priorities, including strategy, business development, client relationships, market profile, and MD/SD hiring and onboarding.
The annual salary for this role ranges from: $175,000 to $225,000 USD + benefits + bonus. Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
