JOB SUMMARY:

Work for a world class kitchen operation serving baseball teams! Under the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, this position will be responsible for the food preparation, menu execution, and delivering our Hospitality Promise of the Best Food, Best Service, and Best Hospitality for the performance food catering operations for the Cardinals baseball team in St. Louis, MO.

**Starting pay at $20/hour, based on experience**

** Seasonal Full-Time, Part-Time Positions Available**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cross-train and work all stations: batch cooking, made to order cooking, food prep, grab/go prep, and a la carte production
• Receive and store grocery and vendor orders (must be able to lift up to 50#)
• Uphold the integrity and standards of all the products
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of kitchen at all times
• Provide professional service to all guests including players, coaches, executives, and team support staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-motivated and passionate about cooking
• Strong creativity and interest in building healthy meals with lots of flavor
• Ability to follow recipes and adjust recipes as needed
• Professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills
• At least 3+ year experience cooking in a professional kitchen

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Open availability
• Able to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
