Project Management and Client Consulting:
You will independently manage local and international projects and work closely with client teams to develop customized solutions.
HR Software Implementation:
You will support the implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD). You will actively contribute your experience to client projects.
Process Analysis and Optimization:
You will analyze existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop optimization solutions using modern HRIS systems.
Interface Management:
You will act as a liaison between HR and IT and support our clients in their digital transformation.
Knowledge Sharing and Professional Development:
You will stay up-to-date on the latest HR and HRIS trends, share your knowledge within the team, and support colleagues in their professional development.
What you should bring
* Several years of experience in consulting, as a business analyst, or as a project manager for process changes with a technological dimension;
* Experience with HR tools such as the Cornerstone suite or other HRIS solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SkyHive, EdCast, TalentSoft, Personio, SageHR, Rexx, ADP Suite, BambooHR, Dayforce, UKG)
* Understanding of HR processes (learning, recruitment, performance, compensation, and more!);
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German;
* Additional languages (French is a real plus);
* The ability to learn quickly!
