Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience (must satisfy one of the two pathways).Option A – Insurance‑Sector Counsel: corporate counsel at an MGA, reinsurer, or carrier with hands‑on multinational transactional work in the insurance industry.Option B – Big‑Firm Transactional Attorney: associate or senior associate at a top‑tier law firm specializing in multinational corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.Completed at least two consecutive years of service at each prior employer after law school graduation.Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Original, active, and good‑standing membership in the New York State Bar.On‑site role at 50 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY; expected in‑office at least three days per week.
