and Canada for our Internal Positions.

What will you be doing day to day?

● Source and interview for the open internal needs in US and Canada

● Work on job boards, social media websites, referrals, and find suitable candidates.

● Conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying checklist items such as qualifications, availability,

and compensation requirements.

● Design creative means that go beyond traditional sourcing channels to attract qualified applicants.

● Work on getting referrals from internal and external sources.

Your Experience:

● Candidates must have 2+ years of experience supporting Corporate hiring for US/Canada

● Must have strong work ethics, discipline, and performance record

● Experience in full-cycle recruiting, creative sourcing, and targeted selection.

● Preferably have prior experience working from home.

Your Skills:

● Must be good with boolean and sourcing

● Active on Social Media (Facebook and LinkedIn)

● Must be good in negotiation and selling.

● Must be very organized and have excellent work ethics.

● Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. Great attitude, passion and drive to be successful.

● High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability.

● Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving.
