We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across both IT and Non-IT domains, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in delivering high-quality candidates efficiently.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding for both IT and Non-IT roles.
  • IT Recruitment: Identify and engage with candidates for various technical roles such as Software Developers, IT Support, Network Administrators, QA Engineers, and other technology-related positions. Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals to source IT talent.
  • Non-IT Recruitment: Recruit candidates for diverse functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Administration. Demonstrate the ability to understand role requirements and select the best-fit candidates.
  • Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings. Conduct market research and talent mapping for specialized positions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job specifications, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing an exceptional candidate experience. Handle queries, follow-ups, and offer management efficiently.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate quality. Prepare reports for management to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
  • Employer Branding: Actively contribute to enhancing the company’s employer brand through social media engagement, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in recruitment strategies, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, handling both IT and Non-IT hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media sourcing.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach to recruitment.
