The Role
Our in-house corporate travel agency – Expeditors Travel Services - is seeking a motivated, entry-level Corporate Travel Agent. In this role, you aren’t just booking trips—you are a consultative partner helping our employees navigate global travel. You will manage airline bookings, hotel reservations, and complex itineraries while contributing to department-wide administrative projects.
The ideal candidate is an adaptive and agile learner, detail-oriented, and looking broaden their skillset and master the following systems: Sabre GDS, SAP Concur, Compleat and TRAMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Service: Guide travelers on optimal carriers and routes, entry requirements including health guidelines while adhering to company standards.
- Booking Management: Accurately arrange flight, hotel, and car reservations; calculate ticket quotes, ticket changes; and utilize company discounts/credits.
- Support: Onboard new Concur users and help resolve issues within SAP Concur (profiles, searches, and results).
- Department Contribution: Manage shared inboxes, manage agency queues, update internal website content, and assist with back-office reporting (TRAMS).
- Professional Growth: Actively participate in Sabre Red 360 and industry training to advance your travel expertise.

Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to build assured relationships with coworkers and vendors.
- Mindset: An independent learner who takes initiative and thrives with guided mentorship.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience with Sabre GDS is a plus, but an enthusiasm to learn standard formats and "Compleat" mid-office functions is essential.
- Reliability: Strong time-management skills and a dependable track record in attendance and performance.
Education & Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- Must be able to work in one of our Greater Seattle offices (Seattle, Bellevue, Lynnwood, or Federal Way).
- Note: This is an in-office position. (Eligible for 26 flexible "Work From Home" days per year after initial training. Prorated based on eligibility date of new hire).
- Must already be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary & Benefits
- Expected Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
- Paid Time Off: 15 days vacation (prorated), 10 holidays, and 2 flexible days.
