- Manufacturing of electronic and electromechanical precision components based on technical production documentation
- Handling of miniature components using magnifiers and microscopes, occasionally under cleanroom conditions
- Operation, setup, and programming of small machines and equipment
- Functional testing and quality inspection of components/assemblies according to production drawings and test instructions
- Optimization of production processes in collaboration with other departments
Qualifications
- Completed education in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, or adhesive technology (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL)
- Experience in handling chemicals and processing adhesives and potting compounds
- Desirable: IPC, WHMA, or FED certifications
- Independent and precise working style with a strong sense of quality
- Team player with a reliable and responsible attitude
- Leadership skills
