The Opportunity
The Creator Partnerships Project Manager owns the design, coordination, and execution of high-impact projects with our top creators.
You’ll work closely with the Creator Program Lead and a select group of influential creators to bring ambitious ideas to life — from podcasts and events to webinars, sponsorships, and bespoke brand activations.
This role is all about making things happen: turning ideas into plans, plans into execution, and execution into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Design & Collaboration
Partner with the Creator Program Lead and VIP creators to design standout initiatives that maximize brand exposure for both FullEnrich and the creator.
Help shape projects from concept to launch, balancing creative ambition with operational reality.
Align internal stakeholders early to ensure clarity on goals, scope, and success metrics.
2. End-to-End Project Ownership
Act as the single owner for VIP creator initiatives, responsible for timelines, coordination, and delivery.
Pull in the right internal resources (marketing, design, ops, leadership) to ensure projects run smoothly.

Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and keep momentum high from kickoff to completion.
3. Execution, Reporting & Optimization
Track performance against defined goals and timelines.
Report progress clearly and regularly to internal stakeholders and creators.
Surface issues early and proactively propose solutions; execution quality matters here.

Capture learnings and best practices to improve future initiatives.
4. Creator Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP creators on active projects.
Manage communication with confidence, clarity, and empathy.

Help channel big ideas into executable plans, especially when creators are idea-rich and execution-light.
Required Skills & Experience
Must to have:
Have top-tier project management skills and are known for reliable execution.
Have experience running projects that involve multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Are an initiative-taker who focuses on outcomes, not just tasks.
Communicate clearly, proactively, and confidently; especially when reporting progress or raising issues.
Know how to work with creative talent: encouraging ambition while keeping delivery on track.
Experience as a marketing project manager at a brand or agency.
Hands-on exposure to formats like podcasts, events, webinars, and sponsorships.
Familiarity with creator marketing or brand partnerships.
Understanding of the B2B sales and marketing ecosystem.
