The Opportunity
The Creator Program Operations Manager owns the back-office operations that keep the creator program running efficiently and professionally.
This is a highly detail-oriented role with real responsibility. You’ll be the person creators rely on for clarity, responsiveness, and follow-through, and the person the internal team trusts to keep contracts, payments, and reporting airtight.

Key Responsibilities
Creator Operations & Administration
Own contracts, invoicing, and payments for all creators.
Ensure invoices are accurate, submitted on time, and paid according to schedule.
Collect, organize, and maintain all legal and tax documentation required to work with creators (W-9s, W-8BENs, agreements, etc.).
Maintain clean, up-to-date records across tools and systems.
2. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Collect and maintain performance data tied to creator activity (deliverables, timelines, results).
Support reporting efforts by keeping metrics accurate and easy to access.
Flag inconsistencies, missing data, or operational risks early.
3. Creator Experience & Communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for creators on operational matters.
Respond quickly, clearly, and thoughtfully to questions about contracts, payments, timelines, and process.
Contribute directly to a creator experience that feels professional, respectful, and human.
Escalate issues when needed while always prioritizing resolution and trust.
4. Program Support
Work closely with the Creator Program Lead to support day-to-day execution of the program.
Help improve processes and documentation as the program scales.
Act as a steady operational backbone for a fast-moving, high-visibility program.
Required Skills & Experience
Must to have:
Rock-solid project management skills and love keeping complex programs organized.
Experience working with talent, creators, or partners in a marketing or content-driven environment.
Meticulous attention to detail & accuracy.
Have an exceptional sense of service and care deeply about how people experience working with you.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English (French is a strong plus).
Are comfortable working US hours and collaborating with a distributed team.
