We’re seeking a CRM Content Automation Lead who lives and breathes AI engineering and marketing personalization. This role is about building and scaling automated content generation systems that supercharge CRM campaigns through machine learning models, natural language processing, and LLM-driven frameworks.
You’ll design and implement the pipelines, models, and integrations that automate personalized content across millions of customers, making every message smart, contextual, and conversion-focused. You’ll be the one who makes the content generation and its life-cycle faster, smarter, and more predictive.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and train machine learning models to automate CRM content generation, testing, and optimization.
- Build and maintain scalable pipelines for LLM-based personalization across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Integrate generative AI systems with existing CRM tools.
- Fine-tune large language models for tone, brand voice, and conversion optimization.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve automated outputs based on performance data.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, ethics, and privacy.
- Use A/B and multivariate testing data to train reinforcement models that optimize message variants automatically.
- Develop frameworks for sentiment analysis, tone consistency, and personalization depth.
- Translate marketing objectives into ML-based automation opportunities.
- Serve as the bridge between creative strategy and technical execution, ensuring AI output is on-brand and on-point.
- Guide a small cross-functional team to define prompts and templates for scalable campaign content.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative content systems.
- Deep understanding of content life-cycle processes.
- Proven ability to productionize AI models for marketing or personalization use cases.
- Prior work in consumer-facing industries (gaming, fintech, or eCommerce).
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and martech integration patterns.
