Responsibilities:

Implementation and customization in Microsoft Dynamics 365;

Development within the following modules:

o Dynamics 365 Sales

o Customer Insights

o Project Operations

Technical implementation of requirements defined in User Stories;

Power Platform components;

Configuration and extension of CRM modules;

Integration support in collaboration with the Solution Architect;

Bug fixing, optimization and system enhancements;

Technical documentation;

Qualifications:

Several years of experience as CRM Developer (Dynamics 365);

Strong experience with: C#, JavaScript, Plugin development, Workflows, Power Platform;

Experience working with Dynamics Sales, Customer Insights and/or Project Operations;

Ability to understand business requirements described in User Stories and translate them into technical solutions;

Structured and solution-oriented working style;

English required.
