Responsibilities

Developing test cases based on specifications

Participating in the preparation of software test plans and documenting testing activities

Executing tests according to the test plan, preparing test reports, and evaluating test results

Managing defect tickets

Maintaining communication with developers, project managers, business teams, and partners

Actively contributing to the definition of testing objectives

Performing administrative and documentation tasks related to own work

Requirements

At least a secondary education degree

Experience in testing banking systems

Proficiency in using ticketing systems (e.g., SpiraTeam, JIRA)

Knowledge of database management, especially in SQL

Quality-oriented mindset

Independent thinking, proactive and problem-solving approach

Reliable and precise work ethic – both in a team and individually

Advantages

ISTQB CTFL or higher-level testing certification

Experience in using SpiraTeam or other test management tools

Knowledge of agile development methodologies

Professional experience in banking processes

Programming practice or development background

Proficiency in using automated testing tools

English language skills
