The Customer Advocacy Manager will be responsible for growing and improving the customer advocacy arm of Agiloft by identifying success stories within our customer base and finding ways to share those stories to the broader market.

Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Analyst Relations, the Customer Advocacy Manager will build structured, repeatable programs that increase customer participation in references, reviews, referrals, events, and content. The role requires a strong balance of relationship-building, program management, and strategic thinking, with a focus on creating mutual value for both Agiloft and its customers.

The ideal candidate is deeply customer-centric, highly organized, and experienced in B2B SaaS advocacy or customer marketing programs. They are comfortable engaging with customers at multiple levels, translating complex success stories into compelling narratives, and continuously optimizing advocacy initiatives to drive measurable business impact. This position plays a critical role in strengthening Agiloft’s market credibility, supporting pipeline growth, and elevating the customer voice across the organization.
