Customer Care Manager & Business Relationship Lead

Are you a people person who loves making connections and helping others? We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships to help grow our Home Care services across Port Macquarie and Mid North Coast areas.
In this role you’ll work closely with our supportive State and Marketing Teams to speak with potential clients and referral partners about how HCA can support them to live independently at home.

If you enjoy building relationships and have experience in Home Care onboarding, intake, assessments, or client engagement, we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Speaking with potential clients, families, and referrers about our Home Care services to continually grow the business
• Managing enquiries, conducting initial conversations, and guiding people through the onboarding and sign-up process
• Conducting basic needs assessments and understanding client goals to ensure the right service fit
• Building a strong pipeline of prospective clients and identifying opportunities to expand our reach
• Attending community and networking events—and helping plan them too
• Working with internal teams to ensure new clients transition smoothly into care and services

Let’s talk about you!

You must have experience in Home Care, aged care, community services, intake/onboarding, or client coordination, and you’re confident engaging with clients, families, and referrers. You’re organised, proactive, and someone who follows through—whether that’s managing enquiries, updating the CRM, or building lasting relationships.

Most importantly, you’re passionate about helping people maintain choice, dignity, and independence at home.

Mandatory Requirement - A current National Police Check (ACIC accredited), stating suitability to work in aged care or with vulnerable persons.
